Another donor! (Global Pet Foods) #Homeswithwoofs

A big shout out to Global Pet Foods in Hintonburg and Kanata which have collectively donated this really great pet basket and food (valued at $ 120) to Homes with Woofs!

global pet foodsGlobal Pet Foods Kanata and Hintonburg is a pets’ health food store. Whether you need wholesome dog or cat food, treats, supplements, toys, grooming supplies or small animal supplies, they have it, and are happy to provide you with friendly and knowledgeable service for any pet related questions. What I really like is that they also try to carry and support as many Canadian-made products as possible. Not to mention that they’re so close to my ‘hood :-).  Drop by their store if you’re in the area: they can be found at 1204 Wellington Street West.

And meanwhile, check out their website! I love this picture of owners Shawn and Karla, who proudly announce that they own the store along with daughters Nayeli & Carmen, Pepe the Giant Schnauzer, and Booboo the Sphynx cat.

As they note on their website: Shawn and Karla

“Pepe was the inspiration behind it all. He is 9  years old and is the black furry pal that will more than likely meet you at the front of the Kanata store  waiting for a scratch. Booboo comfortably spends her days at home in her heated bed. Karla and Shawn are the luckiest people in the world as they have the best staff anyone could ever ask for!”

I mean, wow, look at that black furry  face!

A big happy tail wag to Karla at Global Pet Foods for arranging this great donation. You can bid on it at our silent auction, June 12th!
